Delivery to Pick-Up Point:
Your order is shipped to your nearest DHL ServicePoint in the EU.
In the Nordics it is delivered to your nearest Bring Pickup point.

Home Delivery:
Your order is delivered to your Shipping Address.

Time of delivery depends on the address and if the product is in stock. We aim to deliver your products as fast as possible, but delays may occur due to unforeseen factors.

UNCLAIMED PRODCUCTS
Ordered goods that are not picked up by the customer, and thereby will be returned to Audio Pro, will be charged with the shipping fees both ways.

HOW TO ORDER
Once you have ordered and paid for your products you will receive an email from Audio Pro with a receipt confirming your online payment and details of your order and delivery. Make sure you enter a correct email when placing your order.

By ordering Products from the Audio Pro shop, you warrant that:
– You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
– You are at least 18 years old; and
– You are resident in one of the above countries and you are ordering the Products from one of these countries.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation/receipt of your order shortly after placing an order. The order confirmation is also your VAT receipt. If you have any enquiry regarding your order, you can contact us by leaving a ticket here. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to availability issues or any other difficulty you will be refunded for the unavailable item. Each product purchased is sold as per its product description.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of publication.

While we strive to maintain the website's current information, the details (including product descriptions) may not always be updated at the time of ordering.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any given time and/ or remove or edit any materials or content from this website. Note that availability, conditions, dates and prices may change from time to time and that we expect you to check those prior to making a purchase.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer you a product exchange. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the items within the specified delivery timeframe. However, if there is insufficient stock to fulfill your order or a delay in processing, we will inform you promptly, explaining the situation. If necessary, we will offer an alternative option or refund the amount to your account. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the order date. You will be notified of this action via email sent to the address provided on your order form.
