Which app should I use?

Download the Audio Pro app for all W-generation speakers (newer models). Older generations (Gen 1-2) use the Audio Pro Legacy app—check your model to confirm. Both are free on iOS and Android.

Which products work with the new app?

The new Audio Pro app supports W-generation speakers only. Legacy speakers require the Audio Pro Legacy app. Full model lists are in the app.

What’s new in the W-generation?

In addition to being based on significantly newer app software and loudspeaker firmware, the new app also has an advanced EQ, Wi-Fi synchronization, more frequent speaker firmware updates, and a user interface that is more intuitive and modern.

Setup and Connectivity
How do I set up a speaker for the first time?
  1. Download the Audio Pro app
    Get the Audio Pro app from the App Store or Google Play and create your account.
    Tip: Make sure your phone is connected to the same WiFi network you want to use for your speakers.
  2. Add your speakers
    Power on your speakers and follow the in-app instructions to connect them to your WiFi network.
    Tip: Place speakers within good WiFi range for the best performance. You can add multiple speakers one at a time.
How do I reconnect or change Wi-Fi?

In the app, go to speaker settings > Wi-Fi > select new network (no reset needed). For full reset, hold the power button 10 seconds until LEDs flash red/white.

How do I use Bluetooth?

Enable Bluetooth on your device, open the app, select the speaker, and choose Bluetooth as source—it pairs automatically. Works with any Bluetooth audio source.

How do I use AirPlay?

From an Apple device, swipe to Control Center, tap the AirPlay icon, and select your Audio Pro speaker. Ensure both are on the same Wi-Fi network.

How do I use Spotify Connect?

In the Spotify app, play music, tap “Devices Available,” and select your Audio Pro speaker. Requires Wi-Fi and app login.

Grouping and Playback
How do I group or ungroup speakers?

In the app, tap the group icon (chain link) next to speakers to link them for synced playback.

How do I set Left/Right (L/R) in a group?

Select two speakers, tap the L/R icon in app settings, and assign Left or Right channel for each speaker.

How do I play the same source on multiple speakers?

Group speakers first (see above), then select a source like Spotify or AUX—it syncs automatically across the group.

How do I connect a turntable or analog source?

Use Line In/AUX on the speaker (built-in RIAA for turntables on C20/C20W). Select Line In source in the app.

How do I swap L/R on A28, A38, and A48?

Press “TV” on the remote to change the left speaker to right placement, and “OPT” if you would like to change the left speaker to left placement.

You need to press and hold the button for 10 seconds in order to perform the switch.

Presets and Missing Features
How do I save and use presets?

Play a source, tap the slot icon (1-6) to save; select it later for instant access. Presets store source, volume, and group settings.

What features are missing compared to the old app?

No bass/treble, Midnight mode, or room correction in the new app. Use EQ in the Audio Pro app instead.

What is your Return- and Refund Policy?

We offer a 14-day trial period, giving you the option to return your product if you’re not satisfied. To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in “as new” condition—undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to a partial refund.

Please note: If you choose to return your product under this policy, a standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is currently €30 / SEK 300 per product.

Outlet items are not eligible for return.
