Refund policy

RETURNS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WITHIN 14 DAYS

This is only for products purchased in the Audio Pro webshop.

If you want to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to do so without giving any reason. The period is calculated from the date when the product is in your possession. If you ordered more than one product, the date is calculated from when the last product is in your possession.

Cancellations: If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may cancel it within 14 days of placing the order by contacting us via Service and support.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed audio goods that have been unsealed after delivery
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Sale items or gift cards

If you wish to return a delivered product, please contact us via Service and support with your order details and order number. We will provide you with all return information.

Use only original packaging materials when returning a product — including internal packaging, the 4-colour gift box carton, and the brown shipping carton. Remember to include all accessories such as cables and remotes.

Please note: The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Audio Pro will deduct a standard return shipping fee of €30 / SEK 300 per product from your refund.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal notice. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
