Customer feedback leads to multiroom app improvements,
During the past year, Swedish speaker designer Audio Pro has rolled out improvements/updates to its multiroom app on a number of occasions. The company has improved the user-friendliness in many areas based on valuable feedback from its customers.

Throughout 2021, the customers of the Swedish speaker manufacturer Audio Pro's products have been able to detect changes in the company's multiroom app, on several occasions during the year. Audio Pro is well known for producing speakers that deliver value for money. In the tests that the company's products participate in, it is /always /pure praise for these speakers, both in terms of sound as well as design.

As with all companies, committed customers get in touch with feedback, and of course both praise as well as complaints are given, and the app has of course generated a lot of comments and suggestions. "As a company, it is key to listen to your customers, and base your product development on this feedback," says Jens Henriksen, CCO at Audio Pro. "In this way, we also secure for the future."

β€œWe have rolled out several updates during this past year. The changes are made step by step, and are evaluated on an ongoing basis. Some changes worth mentioning would be; we have created a new navigation bar at the bottom of the app. The previous swipe feature was perceived as old-fashioned by our customers and this new navigation with symbols, we believe will improve the user experience. We have made a similar change with the grouping of speakers that now use a drop-down menu that is faster to use. To increase speed, we have also added a new window for quick access to various options such as sleep timer, presets and alarms, something we believe will be much appreciated. The fact that we also have changed it so that the standby mode can be adjusted to any mode between 0 minutes - 2 hours, and that we have improved the multi-room function with regard to the master / slave connection, means that many customers will appreciate our app much more ", says Jens Henriksen.

However, the company does not stop here. A more graphically oriented change to the app is also planned within shortly. β€œEven though we have solved many of the customers' wishes regarding functionality already now, we still believe that a graphic update would be appropriate. The aim is, that the app’s performance should feel as good to our customers as how the speaker performs acoustically, ”concludes Jens Henriksen.
