Mikael Jepson began his career as a guitarist in the band The Ark, which became one of Sweden's biggest glam rock bands, touring all over the world. The Ark was known for its unique musical style and extravagant clothing, both of which continue to inspire Jepson's art.
Around 2008, Jepson started designing under the brand name "Designed by Jepson," creating his own fabrics and the popular "Adaptive" shelf, which allows users to build and design it themselves.
Drawing inspiration from his design work and musical creativity, Jepson ventured into art. Over the past 15 years, he has developed his own style, painting with glass to create abstract worlds using a special technique.His latest projects include Artlamps and Artables.
