Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
No purchase is necessary. The giveaway is open worldwide unless otherwise stated.

How to participate
Participants must:

  • Follow @audiopro.official on Instagram
  • Like the giveaway post
  • Comment on the post, tag at least one (1) friend, and state their country

Each participant may submit multiple entries, provided each comment tags a different person.

Duration
Each giveaway runs for a limited period as specified in the relevant Instagram post.

Prize
The prize for each giveaway will be clearly described in the relevant Instagram post.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be announced via Audio Pro’s official Instagram account and contacted via Instagram direct message.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Audio Pro reserves the right to select a new winner.

Delivery
The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner.
Audio Pro is not responsible for delays, customs duties, or import restrictions.

Audio Pro AB is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this giveaway.

Personal data (such as Instagram username and any contact details provided by the winner) will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway.

The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest in administering the promotion.

Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary to complete the giveaway and will then be deleted.

Participants have the right to request access, rectification, or deletion of their personal data.
